Parmesan Portobello Fries

These Portobello mushroom fries are out of the world!! Check them out here! I fried these up in vegetable oil instead of baking them in the oven. I can't tell you how delicious these are- you've gotta try them.

I paired it with some ranch dressing. These would go terrific with some sriracha-mayo as well!
